Working With a Designer
Since every project is unique, I offer two levels of service, which can be applied to your home or business. Check out the design process plan for both levels of service below to see which is right for you!

Design consult interview
This is a no-charge visit with you in your home or business to get to know you, learn about what you are wanting to accomplish, and what your design style is.
measure your project
After our consult interview, I will create a design agreement, and estimate how many hours the design process should take. Then the measuring begins our first step to designing your dream!
Create preliminary plans
Once an existing floor plan is created, I draft the new preliminary plan, usually with a couple of options to choose from.
client meetings
We will then meet and discuss the plans, options, and additional ideas. Many clients will need time at this stage to think things over and prioritize wants and needs.
revise plans
Choices are being made and the plans can be revised. Multiple options are combined to one working set of plans. Plans might need multiple revisions. 3D views from our plans can be created.
material & product selections
At this stage, we can choose materials, fixtures, plumbing, lighting, furniture, and other products. You can decide how much professional guidance with these selections.
finalize plans & products
This is where the product all comes together! Plans are finalized, and 3D views are complete, showing you a good representation of how your home will look.
design complete
Your plans are now completed! They can be handed off to a contractor to estimate.

An hourly service that gives you a full set of designed floor plans, 3D views, and material selections. See the design process below for how my full-design service works!
Design Consultation
A one-time level of service that I can provide for you in your home. Design advice from paint colors, decoration, and general interior design. A quick and easy professional service for the general questions you might have!
